Broadening horizons in Executive Search through quality, integrity-driven recruitment.
About us
Roseland Partners is a boutique recruitment firm serving the Executive Search industry in the UK. Our partners have a combined 30 years’ experience spanning Recruitment, Executive Search, Human Resources and Operations. We were founded on the straightforward principle of providing excellent quality of service to our candidates and clients, by putting relationships and the long-term view first.
To ensure this quality of service we will always give honest advice underpinned by market intelligence, and provide top rate delivery through utilising our strong networking, research and organisational abilities. We seek to be nimble, listen carefully, and partner with individuals and businesses who we trust and who share our values. We operate smart, flexible, and ethical working practices, and for us, this all means that we genuinely enjoy what we do. This is really important to us – as we strongly believe that when we are passionate and positive about our work good things follow.
Candidates
Roseland Partners represents exceptional candidates from Associate through to Partner level. We want to get to know you and understand your motivations clearly in order to present you with the best possible opportunities which will advance your career. We will listen carefully to what you have to say and strive to give you a transparent, non-biased and current view of the industry. We work with the leading Executive Search teams in the market based not only on their reputation and delivery capability, but also their team culture, reward and development opportunities.
We offer honest advice even if it doesn’t serve us in the short-term, and place significant emphasis on creating longevity in our relationships rather than simply filling jobs. We’re less about ‘round pegs in round holes’ and more about helping people make excellent moves which genuinely broaden their horizons. If you’re actively looking to make your next move, or simply want an informal chat to understand your options or the current market trends, please feel free to get in touch. Also, if you might know someone who we could represent, read about our ethically-focused candidate referral incentives.

Clients
Roseland Partners collaborates with the leading Executive Search teams in the market based on their external reputation and delivery capability, as well as their internal culture, reward and development opportunities. We work from Associate through to Partner level with teams covering various industry sectors and functions. We tend to work best on an exclusive contingent or contingent basis although may consider retained assignments on occasion.
We work on a limited number of live roles at any given time, allowing us to really ‘get under the skin’ of each project and maintain a strong success rate. We utilise traditional headhunting methodology supported by a strong database, alongside depth of delivery experience and industry knowledge. We only take on work we know we can deliver on and will be honest about this from the outset. We also work proactively on behalf of our candidates, so may approach our clients on a speculative basis from time to time with carefully chosen profiles.
