We’re continuing this theme with our candidate referral incentives, which are available to anyone who recommends a candidate to us who we later place in a position.
Once the candidate has passed their probationary period, you can choose one of the following gifts*. In addition, Roseland Partners will make a £50 donation to a charity of your choice.

3. £300 worth of vouchers to spend on a fantastic drinks selection of your choice from Vintage Roots, an award-winning and ethical certified organic drinks supplier. They stock a wide range of organic wines, beers, ciders, spirits as well as alcohol-free options.
To be eligible for one of these gifts, simply introduce us to an executive search candidate on email, share their contact details with us (with permission), or have them contact us and mention your name. When that person gets placed in a position by Roseland Partners, we will contact you at the time their probationary period is coming to an end to organise delivery / dates, and your chosen charity for the donation. Gifts and donations must be confirmed by the referrer within six months.
